Shipping Policy
Due to increased demand at the USPS I can not guarantee that your order/gift will arrive on a specific date. Priority Mail is no longer guarantied for two day delivery. Please place your order at least 10 days before the date you would like it to arrive. If your order is late or stops tracking contact your local post office and give them the tracking number. They may be able to help you locate your package.
I ship USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. The shipping charge is a flat rate applicable to the entire United States.

I ship Monday – Friday excluding holidays within 1 week of your order.

If I am away from the studio there may be a delay in shipping. I will notify you of any delays in shipping.

At this time Very Eclectic does not ship internationally.
Return & Exchange Policy
I want you to be ecstatically happy with your purchase. If you are not, I do accept returns/exchanges within 30 days from the ship date. The returned item must be unworn and unused (in original condition), with packaging and tags attached.
Downloaded products are NOT returnable/exchangeable.

Please contact me and let me know that you want to make a return/exchange.

Fill out and send back the Return/Exchange Form with the item you are returning. You may use any shipping method to send the item back. You are responsible for the return postage.

Refunds will be processed within 1 week of receiving the returned item. It may take a week for the refund to appear on your online statement.

Exchanges will be shipped within a week of receiving the returned item. Additional shipping charges my apply. If the value of the exchanged item is less then that of the returned item a credit will be issued to your original form of payment. If you owe a balance you will be contacted for your payment information.
Gift Exchange Policy
Gifts may be exchanged for another item on this website.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date the recipient receives the gift. A Gift Exchange Form with all the relevant information is sent with each purchase identified as a gift.
Please Note: This return/exchange policy extends ONLY TO ITEMS purchased through this website. It does not extend to any item purchased from Very Eclectic at a craft or trade show.
